1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zeaclub, you agree to these Terms. If you use Zeaclub on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Zeaclub Services

Zeaclub provides maritime software, data organization, communication, workflow, artificial intelligence, matching, analytics, and related digital services. Features may change, improve, be added, or be discontinued over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Information supplied when creating or using an account must be accurate and current.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Zeaclub may allow you to connect third-party services, including email providers and other maritime or business systems. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

5. Gmail and Email Processing

If you choose to connect an email account, you authorize Zeaclub to access and process permitted information to provide the features you request, subject to the permissions granted by you and our Privacy Policy.

6. Artificial Intelligence

Certain Zeaclub features use artificial intelligence and automated systems to classify, extract, summarize, organize, or analyze information.

AI-generated or AI-extracted information may contain errors, omissions, or incorrect interpretations. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for commercial, operational, financial, legal, regulatory, navigational, safety, or other material decisions.

7. Maritime and Commercial Information

Information provided through Zeaclub is intended to support maritime and commercial workflows. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Zeaclub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of vessel positions, cargo opportunities, freight information, fixtures, calculations, counterparty information, or other maritime data.

8. No Navigational or Safety Reliance

Zeaclub is not a substitute for official navigation systems, charts, notices, regulatory information, safety procedures, or the professional judgment of a vessel's master, officers, operators, or other responsible personnel.

9. User Content and Data

You retain your rights in information and content you provide to Zeaclub. You grant Zeaclub the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and otherwise use that information solely as required to operate and provide the services you request.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Zeaclub to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service, or engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity.

11. Sanctions and Trade Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with applicable sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions, maritime regulations, and other laws relevant to their activities. Zeaclub does not authorize or facilitate activity prohibited by applicable law.

12. Subscriptions and Fees

Certain Zeaclub services may require payment. Pricing, billing periods, usage limits, and other commercial terms may be stated in an order form, subscription agreement, or other agreement between Zeaclub and the customer.

13. Intellectual Property

Zeaclub and its licensors retain all rights in the Zeaclub platform, software, branding, designs, technology, and related intellectual property, except for user-owned content and third-party materials.

14. Service Availability

We work to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee that Zeaclub will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeaclub services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Additional warranties, if any, may be specified in a separate written agreement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeaclub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services.

17. Suspension and Termination

Zeaclub may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users, address security risks, respond to violations of these Terms, or comply with applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

19. Governing Law

The governing law and dispute resolution provisions applicable to paid or enterprise services may be specified in the relevant customer agreement or order form. Where required, additional jurisdiction-specific terms may apply.
